If you’re looking for fresh, wholesale produce, sold direct from local farmers, Foothills Produce Auction is the place you need to come. Beginning in spring of 2016, FPA holds auctions at 9:30 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays from mid-April through October. There are both small and large lots which are sold to the highest bidder. It is operated on a commission basis – no buyers premium. There is a good in-season variety available including spring and fall flowers (hanging baskets, annuals, and mums), apples and peaches, berries, and most local vegetables. Anyone is welcome to buy
