Weise Farms is similar to a farmers market in the products we offer with free local pickup in Giddings & La Grange Texas. No farm visits please. We are proud members of Go Texan & The American Wagyu Association. Our Wagyu cattle have DNA that produces healthy omega 3 fats. Although we are not organic, we sell sustainably raised, all natural grass fed wagyu beef, grain finished on our farm with a ration that includes barley and spent grains. We never use hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA vaccines. They never leave our care from birth to harvest. We sell deliciously marbled USDA ribeye steaks, filet mignon, sirloin, New York strips, fajita meat, Denver steaks, ground beef, beef bacon, tallow & more. We offer monthly subscriptions & half calves.
