Lakehills Farmers Market has founded on the premise of Grow, Gather, Give. The Grow premise supports local farmers in providing a venue to showcase their crops. The Gather premise is a family and dog-friendly place for Lakehillians to gather for fellowship. The Give premise supports local non-profit organizations, as LHFM gives 10% of their non-vendor sales to non-profits within the 78063-zip code. They have a 2022 goal to give $20,000 back within the community. In addition to their non-profit work, LHFM supports their community. By working with vendors who accept EBT for SNAP and WIC, LHFM is committed to ensuring our community is rid of food insecurity.
