Lexington Farmer's Market
Farmers' market
About
The Lexington Farmers Market was established in 2006 to provide an opportunity for farmers in Davidson and adjacent counties to sell seasonal produce. LFM partnered with the City of Lexington and the Lexington Passenger Rail Advisory Committee to provide residents with a convenient, pleasant place to buy from area farmers and to invest in our local economy. The NC Tobacco Trust Fund provided grant money to help renovate the depot which allowed the market to move inside. LFM vendors sell a large variety of products - seasonal produce, plants, meat and chicken, honey, processed food, baked goods, and all manner of crafts. Special activities and entertainment happen throughout the season for our customers to enjoy.
