Bialas Farms is a 4th-generation family-owned and operated vegetable farm in Orange County, NY's famed Black Dirt Region. Visit the INDOOR farm stand for a truly hyper-local food experience. All members of the community are welcome to shop at the farm stand. Additional vendors turn the farm stand into a market: Food truck (pizza, etc); baked goods; jams; pottery; essential oil products; special events throughout the season. The Bialas family's mission is to put high-quality, responsibly-raised produce on everyone's table. Through their 3-season Farm Stand and Community Supported Agriculture program, Bialas Farms provides the community with the opportunity to eat farm-to-table every day.
