The Merriam Marketplace place is home to the Merriam Farmers' Market. The market is open Saturdays only from the first Saturday in May until the last Saturday in September. The Farmers' Market is operated by the City of Merriam Parks and Recreation Department. Farmers' rent booth spaces either for the season or on a daily basis. The facility is available for rent for various events.
