DIRECTIONS: Cooper Center 19-4030 Wright Rd Volcano Hawaii 96785 Off Hwy 11, turn onto Wright Road. Stay straight on Wright road after stop sign. Cooper Center is located on the right hand side. It's a large parking lot with plenty of free parking. Green building & Playground. The covered skate park is currently CLOSED. Mahalo
