About

Project New Village (PNV) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that utilizes urban agriculture as a strategy to create a healthy, sustainable, and equitable food system throughout Greater Southeastern San Diego (SESD). Through community gardens and growing spaces, farmers markets, training and outreach initiatives, and creating networks of local growers, vendors, and key partnerships, PNV strives to improve the overall health and wellness of our community by addressing multiple social determinants that impact our community: access to fresh food, economic disparity, social inequity, and climate change.
